Sugar CRM Outlook plug-in Appointments not visible

Hi Christopher - I have EXACTLY the same issue with one of our Users!  Have you been able to resolve it?  (Meetings Module is visible)

Hi, yes I did actually. The root cause was simply due to the fact that the user did not have Delete permission for that module. The Access CRM Plug-In for Outlook performs create, read, update, and delete (CRUD) operations and therefore requires the user to have all these permissions else the menu item is hidden within Outlook. Hope that helps...
