so we added a new user, but the problem is now that they can´t search for anything in the searchig bar. we´ve tried everything, but couldn´t find a solution.
If someone could help us that would be very kind.

Hi Tonja Clasen - Did you mean to post this in the Sugar Market, or did you mean this for Enterprise & Sell? If so, there are a few search options, can you please clarify which one you're referring to, such as the Global Search or List View search? Does the user have issues seeing any records if you send them a direct link, or is it just the search?

Hello Alex Nassl,
my question was directed only to the search. My colleague can`t use the list view search.
