Sugar Sell - Emails Not working

Hello All, 

It appears I am having some issues with the email functionality in Sugar. 

The email templates feature does not show up anymore when trying to compose an email. It just looks like this: 

Also, if I just type out the email I would normally send into the body section, the email will send but it does not capture any of the text and sends a blank email.

Anyone have any ideas on why this is happening?

    Thank you for your response. 

    This is currently happening to every user on my sales team, unfortunately. 

    I have tried to open sugar in incognito mode, and I am still not seeing any of the email functionality, just the subject line and body. 

    same result with clearing cache. 

    The strange thing is, it was working fine last week, and then one afternoon we all seemed to have lost the functionality at once and it has never came back.

  • Thanks for trying, and sorry it didn't help. Are you an Admin on your Sugar instance? Do you know if any changes were made on/around that "one afternoon" (e.g. new module installed, other configuration changes)? You could also try looking at errors displayed in your browser which may help point to the cause. 

    However, this seems like our Support team may need to get involved to troubleshoot this further as they'll have access to a variety of additional tools and error logs than I do. I don't believe you have access to our support portal, is that correct?
