We're trying to automate customer reminders with a simple Sugar BPM process. This simply sends an email when a field is changed on a meeting record.
The email is indeed sent, but the "from" address is the one setup in Admin > System Email Settings (SMTP relay service, used for generic notifications), although the process is configured to use the record owner.
When I try to send a manual email (contact > Create email > compose & send), it does send the email from my email adress.
Am I missing a configuration? The document is not entirely clear and could indicate that we would need to create additional outgoing email accounts for each and every user? We're talking about a customer with 100+ users :/
