Cloned a Sugar Instance for Testing

Make sure you updated database host, name, credentials, site_url, host_name.

Also make sure you updated the attribute RewriteBase at your .htaccess.

Updated everything still getting invalid credentials..

in page console

showing these two errors.

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 401 

/crm64/rest/v10/oauth2/token:1 

POST http://localhost/crm64/rest/v10/oauth2/token 401 (Unauthorized)

Perhaps you need to update file/folder permissions to apache user.

Changed folder permissions , and cleared the cache still same error 

Did you copy the database to a new server or did you rename the database on the same server?

Invalid credentials means that the contact to the database worked but the user could not be found or the password was wrong.
