outlook plugin not syncing outlook to sugarcrm but does sync sugarcrm to outlook

We have an issue that the Outlook plugin syncs from SugarCRM with meetings, tasks etc but does not put Outlook meeting, task etc back into SugarCRM.

I have checked the setting and it says sync both ways.

Has anybody else had this issue? SUgarCRM 7.8 Pro and Outllok plugin 2.3.1

A couple of our users had this problem. We are on 365 exchange server.
To solve, it each user with the problem logged in to the 365 interface in a browser and had to enable the client to allow it to share data.
You might not have the same problem but the symptoms are identical.
