We are encountering problems where when some emails are archived to a contact or lead, it is not view-able to everyone one because the plug in is defaulting some emails to the user's private team. All user accounts are defaulted to "Global" so I am not sure why the plug in does this
Yes, all the users in my instance have their default team as Global. The plugin sometimes utilizes "global" while other times it utilizes the user's private team.
