Why are  some archived emails defaulting to private team?

We are encountering problems where when some emails are archived to a contact or lead, it is not view-able to everyone one because the plug in is defaulting some emails to the user's private team. All user accounts are defaulted to "Global" so I am not sure why the plug in does this

    Are you sure that the affected user is set to Global?

    Go to to Admin > User Management > The affected user(s) > Advanced Tab.  Check their Default team value, if it is not Global and is set to their Private Team that could be the cause of the issue.

    If its all set , then maybe it is the issue with the plugin that you are using

  • Yes, all the users in my instance have their default team as Global. The plugin sometimes utilizes "global" while other times it utilizes the user's private team.
