How can I receive inbound email in CE?

Using community edition , how do i receive emails inside sugarcrm? Required Plugins or ?

I will be able to receive the inbound email in Sugar CRM?

i have notice that group inbound email is not working with 6.5CE

but if i configure user email->settings->mail account its working

is like group inbound email functionality its only for pro version ?
