i'm looking for a way to automatically open a ticket with specific values every day in the morning.
i could use a ticket as example and create the new one depending on that values.
is there an easy way without logic hook.
maybe workflow or sheduler?

with enterprise you can create a SugarBMP like this
that i.e. will be triggered at the time an Account becomes a customer
and create a loop with a 24h wait event
that creates a case.
The loop runs until the account type field changes to something like "lost customer".
Just a rough idea and the SugarBMP can be optimised for sure :-)
