I would like to add a role like Customer Self-Service Portal Role, but I would like limited his rights to the KB access.
Do you know if it's possible to create a new role with this rights?

My problem is that I would like give access to some users only to the KB via the portal and not to the cases. So I would like to create a new role or a generic user used by users to access to the KB.
I know this is an old thread. In case you still have this request, we had implemented some amazing features in the Self Service Portal!
One of them is a Role based User Portal access.
