How to remove html tags from a textarea?

In 8.3.0 Enterprise, I created a Process Definition that copied the Opportunity's Description field to the Meetings Description field, and the line breaks transferred as expected.

In 8.3.0 Enterprise, I created a Process Definition that copied the Opportunity's Description field to the Meetings Description field, and the line breaks transferred as expected.

Hi Patrick, here's the workflow design view below. Its copying a few fields that make up the notes but the problem field seems to be Additional Notes =  (Opportunities::description) (This was just relabled)where line returns in this field here seem to come through as <br /> tags.

We are currently hosted on site and running SugarCRM version 8.0.1
