How can I keep leading zeros when exporting?

When I exported my modules to Excel (.csv) some fields contains leading zeros and I lose those zeros in Excel, is there any way to keep them? or special configuration in SUGARCRM?

I tried different data types like decimal, float, text and I got the same problem.

Instead of customize SugarCRM you have to configure data import into Excel. By default Excel interprets the content of each column and decide how to import/format it. At this time you have to force a format other than Excel "thinks it is right". I don't know Excel pretty much, but on LibreOffice you can, before loading data into sheet, decide which data format to use on loading the csv file.

    Kind regards
