Import all mails to sugar / import automatically

Hi,

You can import email by completing following configuration:

-> go to Email module

->click on Settings

-> popup will appear

->Click on Mail Accounts

->Click on Add to add new email account

->>The following pop-up will appear.

-

-> After filling the form, Test Settings. If the connection is successful, Save settings

-> It will import all emails in Sugar

     You can achieve by changing the default setting in emails modules. Kindly find the screenshot for that.

     Also don't forget to enable corresponding scheduler for that.

Thanks but that is still not what I want to achieve. Like I said, I already have fully functionary email accounts set up and receiving mails automatically.

The problem is that I need to manually import those received mails into sugar. user by user, page by page, which adds up to a lot of work. There has to be a way to automatize that.

Thank you very much for your answer. We have 7.9 version, but Emails module is not a sidecar module. It's seems like prints of Lukas Müller, yet. What did you said, it's true, SugarCRM import automatically inbound emails to contact or lead respectively, but needs to be a "group mail account", not in a "personal account" mail. With a personal account you need to view emails on module, and click on "Import email", like Lukas Müller describe.
