Import all mails to sugar / import automatically

Hi,

You can import email by completing following configuration:

-> go to Email module

->click on Settings

-> popup will appear

->Click on Mail Accounts

->Click on Add to add new email account

->>The following pop-up will appear.

-

-> After filling the form, Test Settings. If the connection is successful, Save settings

-> It will import all emails in Sugar

     You can achieve by changing the default setting in emails modules. Kindly find the screenshot for that.

     Also don't forget to enable corresponding scheduler for that.

Thanks but that is still not what I want to achieve. Like I said, I already have fully functionary email accounts set up and receiving mails automatically.

The problem is that I need to manually import those received mails into sugar. user by user, page by page, which adds up to a lot of work. There has to be a way to automatize that.

1. Open the config_override.php file located in the root directory of your Sugar instance.
2. Add the following line of code to the config_override.php file: 
   

   $sugar_config['mark_emails_seen'] = true;

3. The updated file should look similar to this:
   
4. Save the file.

any news on that matter? I'd still need a function/routine that performs this click. Another thing, that would do the job equally would be to set the "mails per page" to "all". Is there a way to do this?
