Enable Global Search without Elastic Search in SugarCRM 7

How can we enable global search as in Sugar 6, without the necessity of executing Elastic Search?

Hello everybody,

I think that Ruben question is interesting ; a lot of our customer feel disappointed with the new Sugar search. They found that the previous search was more clear.

So, instead of disable ElasticSearch, the idea will rather be to improve the new search (better display and sort for example, but also new improvment like full text search in documents).

Agreed with this approach, I think it would be a big improvement if there was a way to prioritize certain modules, and also show beyond 5 results by default.
