Artificial Intelligence: A Trusted Friend to Sales Leaders When Forecasting


My name is Stuart Hall, and I am VP of Customer Success here at SugarCRM in EMEA. I wanted to make time today to share my thoughts on a topic that is very close to my heart. It ought to be because I have been doing it for more than 30 years. That's right—forecasting.

Here's the truth. Forecasting is many things. Luck. Art. Science. Chance. And the only way to get better at it, or so I thought, was through experience. But, with SugarPredict, that isn't the case anymore. And that's why I was so excited that I recorded my thoughts on why AI-driven predictive insights are the best friend you've always needed when it comes to forecasting.
