Six months ago, I joined Sugar as the Senior Director of Global Analyst Relations—what a whirlwind it has been. In that time, I've hosted our first Analyst Relations Summit (virtually, of course,) discussed Sugar's momentum in the marketplace, and even had the opportunity to connect Analysts with Sugar customers, like you, to help inform our position in prestigious reports.
Given that, I'm delighted to share that Nucleus Research has just published their 2021 CRM Value Matrix, where SugarCRM was named a Leader! The report juxtaposed the top 15 vendors in the entrenched CRM market space and evaluated them based on relative usability and their solutions' functionality. Most exciting, discussions with actual customers alongside Nucleus' year-round ROI assessments of technology deployments drove this notable result.
In the report, Nucleus calls out Sugar's broad customer experience management platform and its ability to further differentiate its AI-for-CRM offering. Nucleus also notes that "…(Sugar's) time-aware approach to processing platform data is differentiated versus other market players and enables more sophisticated analytics, reporting and automation than other leading vendors."
Independent industry analyst firms are in a position to have an incredibly informed view of the CRM market in that they conduct primary research, speak with end-users such as yourself, and interact broadly in the market with other thought leaders. Given all of these inputs, their conclusions are typically well-rounded and helpful bell weathers when looking at CRM vendors and their solutions.
