The drumbeat continues! Since our last post celebrating SugarCRM's placements in a few key industry reports, we are pleased to share that Sugar was ranked a leader for the second year in the recently published CRM Value Matrix by Nucleus Research! The Value Matrix is a relative evaluation of the top CRM companies in terms of usability and functionality. Nucleus Research recognized Sugar for innovations to our comprehensive customer experience management platform, including our sales, service, marketing, analytics, and data integration capabilities.
Nucleus Research also noted the recent SugarOutfitters acquisition, which makes third-party apps and integrations more accessible for our customer's unique needs, and the acquisition of AddOptify, which brings Customer Journey Plug-in's powerful guided selling and increased process automation to life for users. Also of note was the addition of SugarPredict to the company's SugarLive multi-channel communications application, continuing to bring powerful artificial intelligence to our entire platform portfolio.
Most importantly, after completing interviews with customers like yourself, Nucleus Research pinpointed some fantastic ROI for our customers. Here's a tidbit from the report: "Sugar customers typically experience a 45 percent reduction in time spent completing data entry and a 15 percent increase in lead generation. One organization doubled the number of daily quotes processed, and another improved closure rates across its entire sales team by 30 percent."
This is fantastic news for our customers and humbling for the SugarCRM family. And we have no plans to slow down. If you look at the matrix, you'll note the small, red arrow on top of the SugarCRM "dot." This illustrates where Nucleus believes Sugar's business is headed...ahem...up and to the right!
