Everything in "Advisor" edition plus:

  • Weekly governance meetings
  • Defined staffing model and CRM program governance
  • Continuous consulting engagement
  • Participate in Quarterly Business Review meetings
  • Annualized program of CRM use cases/enhancements
Service hours 5 hours/month (60 hours/year), with rollover* 14 hours/month (168 hours/year), with rollover* Minimum 20 hours/month (240 hours/year)
