(Check Inbound Mailboxes) failed in CRON run, the single id was not found in response

We have setup the Microsoft exchange online setup on Sugar connector for Inbound emails.

1. Inbound email record is authorized
2. Monitored Folder is set to Inbox
3. Trash folder is set
4. Leave Messages on server is set to No

Scheduler is running but all the emails are not getting imported. Few emails are missed every time the scheduler is running.

The mailbox is setup in only one instance and as per findings, the emails are moved to deleted folder without being imported.

If we set Leave Messages on server to "Yes", it works fine but issue is when it is No
