Error during upgrade from 10.0.2 to 10.0.4

Can you validate that your PHP version is 7.3?

It was the supported platform for Sugar 10.0.X, and I was scanning old cases and came across a similar issue being caused by a customer using a more recent PHP version for that Sugar version. 

Can you check that and let us know?

i chekced my php version, it is 

• PHP version: 7.3.23

As your PHP version is ok and the files mentioned are Sugar stock files, I believe the best step forward is to disable the notice errors, run the health check and the upgrader, and then enable them again.

Thanks for your valuable suggestion, we upgraded system successfully.

Please be informed, we alrady upgraded further versions as per sugar upgrade path

currently we are on version 12.0.0, we have tested thourghly all the system working as expected.

but when we tried to upgrade it from 12.0.0 to 12.0.3 again we have encountered the issue during health check

export log button is not populated that's why we unable to reach the server logs
