  • Hello  ,

I’m glad to see progress being made on the process! However, I noticed that you’ve landed on version 12.0.0, and I wanted to check if you’re following the recommended upgrade path. According to the guidelines, the correct sequence should be:

    10.0.x > 10.0.6 > 11.0.3 > 11.0.6 > 12.0.3

It’s important to ensure this path is followed to avoid potential issues.
You can find the updated upgrade path for on-site installations here:

    Upgrade Paths for On-Site Installations

Additionally, if you’re on the Professional version, there’s an extra step to take before moving from version 11 to 12. Specifically, you’ll need to convert your version to Enterprise before continuing with the upgrades. Details on that process can be found here:

I hope this information helps you refine your upgrade strategy. Once you confirm that you’re on the correct path, if you still encounter the same error, I’d recommend checking the PHP error log for a FATAL entry.

This should provide more details about what stopped the upgrade process.

If you’re unable to resolve the issue, feel free to share the error log here—I’d be happy to take a look and assist further.

    Cheers,
    André
