for our customers PDFs are bread and butter of communication with their customers. Only the current TCPDF library in Sugar is quite old and doesn't handle CSS well.
What do you think about upgrading this library (and the whole PDF Manager module)?

How many of you guys do have issues with old library in sugar?

I've done this before, it's certainly doable. I needed a way of 'merging' multiple PDFs into one so I created some modules and matching code to be able to have multiple Sections and page backgrounds. It's a bit messy though and won't work on the cloud.
Replicate how PdfManager works, how SugarPDF works and You'll be fine.
