In current versions of Sugar, when a user accesses the system in the browser. The system performs a check to determine the user's current time zone. We would like to disable this. What is the best method to disable this?

You can’t disable it at the moment, but it should only be happening once. If users are sharing accounts across time zones, they’ll get that alert much more often.

Our application connects with various third-party applications, receiving data through APIs. The support team needs to validate date and time information, and they prefer to view this data in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC). As in the previous versions, we should allow the users to change their timezone and not have it automatically updated.
