Regarding upgrade 12.0.4 to 13.0.2

Hey Dear,

Using a silent upgrade method, I have successfully upgraded SugarCRM from version 12.0.3 to 13.0.2. However, when I attempt to access it via the URL, the login page is not displaying. Upon further investigation, I noticed that several files were created in the cache/* directory, but none of the JavaScript-related files are present, likely causing the login page to not show up. Could you please guide me on how to resolve this issue?

    Can you share if you have any errors in sugarcrm.log, php error log or the developer console in the browser? 


    This normally will help narrowing down and find the root cause.
