We are still working on the ability to save PDF versions of the Developer Guide (and other documentation) in our new support site as we recently made some major changes. I don't have a timeline yet on when PDFs will be available, but we are tracking it in our Bug Portal as #63865.
As of right now, the web versions are the only copies available of our documentation.

I found a PDF version created by Editha Kuske. Because there is no official PDF version can be downloaded from the support site?
The PDF makes searching a lot easier.The search box on the support page is not as useful as I would have hoped, it searches too many things and muddles the waters between 6.x and 7.x documentation.
For Sugar 7.x version. Is there any pdf version available or somebody created it? As most of the clients want pdf version of the documentation for the end user (application guide).

Hello, I’m Ellen True, the Knowledge Manager at SugarCRM. Our plans have changed since this thread was last touched, and I wanted to update everyone.
Sugar’s documentation is living content, and the Knowledge Management team is constantly working to make it as accurate and helpful as possible. In order to ensure users are consuming the most up-to-date versions of the documentation, we are not currently pursuing plans to provide downloadable PDFs.
This decision is reinforced by the distinct benefits of viewing our documentation directly on the support site. We recently launched a new and improved site that empowers users to find the help they need across all content types; documentation is only one portion of our larger help ecosystem. By viewing content live on the site, users can easily access related content.
One exception to this path is our translated guides. Currently, we have translated 7.6 Professional guides into Latin-American Spanish which are available to download as PDFs from the Documentation page. PDFs make sense for these and upcoming translations because the guides are not evolving after they are translated for their corresponding release. In the future, localized guides may see a change in delivery method once the site has matured to fluidly search and serve multi-lingual content.
