SugarBPM: Start Event Relationship Change not working via REST?

Hello,

I would like to implement a process that starts when a new ticket is attached to a lead. The relationship change event also works when I link a ticket to the lead via the UI. However, we also have a REST interface running that does just that: it creates tickets that have been submitted via a web form. This ticket is also linked to a prospect, but the process does not start here. Do you know this behavior? We are using SugarCRM 12.0.3 ENT.

    There is no out of the box "relationship" between Leads/Prospects and Cases.

    So, how did you implement the relationship between Leads/Prospects and Cases?

    Are you using Leads or Prospects?
