Account Saving error in Sugar 7.7.1.1

Hello,

I am creating new Account record without email address is save record. When I have update record with email address giving me error. (Error There was an error while connecting to the server. Please try again)

HTTP: 500 Internal Server Error

Unknown error.

Have you running any hook or written any code in record.js ??
Please check sugarcrm.log file for errors ..

I would check apache logs, because 500 errors are usually server level errors.
Is this new SugarCRM instance and does this error just started to happen recently on production instance?

Yes a 500 error indicates an issue on server side, can you check or share entries generated in your PHP error log on the server when accessing the instance? Also did you recently change server (configuration) or install any customizations?

Hello,
I have got error, phpmailer folder did not copy when upgrade sugar in past.
When Sugar 7.6.* upgrade to Sugar 7.7.* on Window server.
Sugar 7.6.* vendor/PHPMailer folder is PHPMailer version - 5.2.6 (PHPMailer is Capital & small combination)
Sugar 7.7.* vendor/phpmailer folder is phpmailer version - 5.2.9 (phpmailer is Small letter)
When upgrade Sugar 7.6.* to Sugar 7.7.* on Window Server (Not Case Sensitive) issue created.
