- Cleaning up browser cache
- Clean up SugarCRM cache folder
- Setting up proper permissions

You should check what was the last change you have done on the system like, package installation or file modification. Once it installed and QR done, if there is an error the only way to fixing is by change the cached file or remove the package that you have installed.
