Value not showing in subpanel view

Hi There, 
 I am facing the below issue in sugar crm v11 . 
 The field which has any formula for visibility that value is not showing in subpanel even when it has value and true with condition . 
 Please help me to find the solution for this.

There is an ellegant workaround we had implemented for several customers facing this very issue: 
 
 Create in child module the same field from parent module 
 Setup in attribute populate_list mapping for the parent and child field 
 Modify the formula in order to look for self field instead
