Value not showing in subpanel view

Hi There,

I am facing the below issue in sugar crm v11 .

The field which has any formula for visibility that value is not showing in subpanel even when it has value and true with condition .

Please help me to find the solution for this.

    Hello Gurpreet,

    I believe that you are hitting the behaviour described on the defect #80275

    I can see that the bug is targeted to be worked on on version 11.2. 

    The best is that you create a support case reporting this to receive updates on the progress.

    There is an ellegant workaround we had implemented for several customers facing this very issue:

    1. Create in child module the same field from parent module
    2. Setup in attribute populate_list mapping for the parent and child field
    3. Modify the formula in order to look for self field instead

    IMHO, there is one more elegant solution - avoid using Sugar Logic for such  purposes - at least until the bug is fixed.

    Instead, to use logic hooks for populating regular fields with values.

    Since there is a no-code tool to draw logic hooks, all configuring could be performed immediately by Sugar Admin with no coding skills.
