Has anyone encountered an inbound email without body and attachment?

Hi all,

We are having an intermittent issue with inbound email mailbox. When an inbound email has synced to Sugar, it doesn't contain the email's body and attachment. We failed to get details from the system logs because it was flooded by other debugging logs. Just checking if anyone has experienced this before and resolved it.

    Did you ever find a solution to this issue. 

    We having the same issue on an older 10.0.4 version and cannot seem to find the root cause
