Has anyone encountered an inbound email without body and attachment?

Hi all,

We are having an intermittent issue with inbound email mailbox. When an inbound email has synced to Sugar, it doesn't contain the email's body and attachment. We failed to get details from the system logs because it was flooded by other debugging logs. Just checking if anyone has experienced this before and resolved it.

  • What version of Sugar are you? Are you on SugarCloud or on premise? Does the email subject come through, or is that also lost? If you've got the subject line, it should make it easy for you to find the email itself on the mail server you're connecting to, and see if there is a pattern between the emails which are not been sync'd to Sugar.

    I've seen this type of issue before in older versions of Sugar before support for more character sets etc were introduced - and the above steps are how I went about debugging.
