Problems with Wordpress & SugarCRM connection

Hello, I'm trying to establish a connection between Contact Form 7 Wordpress and SugarCRM (Version 6.5.9 (Build 8653)).

WordPress to SugarCRM Lead plugin shows "Cannot connect to your SugarCRM. Please try again with correct SugarCRM credentials" using the REST API http://{site url}/service/v4_1/rest.php and V10.

I have tried with other plugins WP Leads Builder For Any CRM and Forms: 3rd-Party Integration but the problem is to establish the connection.

Do anyone knows how to create it?

have one or more parameters to configure in SugarCRM?

    Hi John,

    I was able to successfully connect to a 6.5 instance from the Wordpress plugin:

    (Obviously, I removed the site URL, username, and password prior to taking the screenshot.)

    Are you able to access the SugarCRM URL in your browser? If not, then the plugin won't be able to connect, either.

    Kindly visit SugarCRM customer portal, they have the right solution for your need. They provide a better solution as per your given solutions.
