Where do you get these errors?

What happens when you open a icognito browser and try to login to your sugar? 

412 most of the time is due to invalidation of metadata. That can be caused by a quick repair and rebuild or a configuration change of some sort. 

401 means that you are not authorized to access that part you are viewing.
