Sending Info to a specific endpoint

You could try to use nodejs (and socket.io if you need to notify users logged into sugar) for doing something like this.

You can create a custom scheduler that is triggered by a logic hook or by an event in the controller. 

In the controller or logic hook you create the scheduler job

where you specify the scheduler parameters, including any data from the record that you want to pass and the time you want to run the scheduler. Then inside the scheduler you can do what you need to do with that data, whether it is processing it within sugar or running some other process on your connected systems.

There are probably other ways to do this with workflow but I don't know the details since I work in Professional and we don't have workflow.
