We’ve updated the custom live training options for Sugar Market customers: SugarU will now be offering live, custom training packages for all Sugar Market users. These sessions can be purchased via the ‘Sugar for Marketers’ catalog in SugarU.
How it Works:
Each live training package will be listed as a separate course within the catalog. Each package can be purchased for $300 or $500 USD (price depends on the number of hours included in the package), which includes two or three 1-hour training sessions with a Sugar Market trainer. Users can enroll and purchase the package directly in the course. Once enrolled, they will read through a quick introductory presentation, fill in a pre-training course survey, then will be contacted by a trainer to schedule the training. Users can attend the session 1:1, or invite other members of their team to join.
We are still offering Live Training Hours as well, which can be purchased a-la-carte via the ‘Sugar for Marketers’ catalog in SugarU. However, we have updated the process for purchasing one of these training hours. Now, users will follow the same process as purchasing a Live Training Package: Enroll and purchase directly in the course, read through a quick introductory presentation, fill in a pre-training course survey, then they will be contacted by a trainer to schedule the training. Just like with the Live Training Packages, users can attend the session 1:1, or invite other members of their team to join the training session.
