We are excited to announce that our technical Sugar Certification Exams are now available in SugarU.
Here’s what’s new...
We’ve moved the Sugar Administration Specialist, Developer Specialist, and Solution Architect Professional out of Kryterion/Webassessor and into the SugarU platform. You can now register for and complete your exam directly through SugarU:

The format for the exams remains the same: 60 multiple-choice questions, forward-only, with a 90-minute time limit. Each exam registration is $125.00, and that registration grants you two attempts to pass your exam. If you fail your first exam attempt, you are required to wait 24 hours before attempting the exam a second time. If you fail both attempts, you’ll need to register for a new exam. Each exam course includes an overview page with a direct link to register for your next exam (if needed).
When you pass your exam you’ll now have instant access to download your personalized Certificate through SugarU. You also have the option to share your accomplishment on LinkedIn or Twitter using the “Social Sharing” icon within the completed exam course.
Certification Vouchers have not gone away, they are now managed through Pre-paid Certification Exam Coupons. The pre-paid coupons are sold in bundles of 3, 5, or 10 exam registrations with a 10% discount included in the price. Once the pre-paid coupons are purchased, your employees can use the coupon to register for their exams in SugarU. If you have unused voucher codes for Kryterion/Webassessor, please email university@sugarcrm.com and we will gladly convert those vouchers into Certification Exam Coupons for future use in SugarU.
The Sugar Administration Specialist exam (form 203) is now written to version 10.0! The sample exam and preparation course have both been updated as well. We’ll be rolling out an updated version of the Developer Specialist exam in the coming months.
