Sugar Market 24.5 is Now Live!

The Sugar Market 24.5 release includes the following enhancements and issue fixes:

Feature Enhancements

  • Faster CRM integration sync: The core sync for all CRM integrations is now twice as fast, syncing every ten minutes.
  • Clearer manual sync messaging: The confirmation message displayed when triggering a manual sync of a lead or contact record to your external CRM has been updated to reflect the expected behavior more accurately.
  • Edit images in the email builder: You can now crop, rotate, flip, zoom, and change the aspect ratio of images directly in the email builder from the image element's settings.  

Fixed Issues

The following reported issues have been fixed in this release. Case portal users can use the following link for more details about this issue:

  • 93342: When adding a link to text, button, and image elements in the page builder, the "Open in new tab" option, when checked, reverts to unchecked after the element's edit settings are closed.
  • 92947: Only legacy email templates can be selected when sending an email directly from a contact record.  
  • 91941: Temporary users created by SugarCRM are synced to Sugar Market via SugarCRM.
  • 91331: Adding more than one grouping when creating a segment clears the Value Input field of the original grouping.
  • 88942: Contact records with no value for the Email Address field cannot be opened.
  • 88462: Forms added in the page builder are not updated when the "Refresh Form to Most Recent Publish Version" option is selected from the form element edit settings.
  • 88227: The "Lead Score" does not match the score displayed in the Scoring Summary tab of some contact and lead records.
  • 87757: Some activities in the Buyer's Journey iframe Journey tab display incorrect log dates.

The following issues have been fixed in this release:

  • The "Rescore Profile" option in the scoring profile builder does not behave as expected and has been disabled until further notice. If needed, reach out to SugarCRM support to manually rescore scoring profiles.
  • When pushing email recipients from Sugar Market to Sage CRM, a single record failing to push can cause the entire sync to fail.
