Sugar Market 25.6.0 has been released!

The Sugar Market 25.6.0 release includes the following feature enhancements and fixed issues:

Feature Enhancements

  • Streamlined SugarCRM connection: The Sugar Market connector is now built into SugarCRM 25.1 and higher, eliminating the need to install and update a module loadable package.
  • Expanded hosting regions: Sugar Market can now host customers in the eu-west-2: Europe (London) region.

Fixed Issues

  • 96985: Some form submissions fail to create or update a lead record and are not captured in the Individual Forms Result report.
  • 96936: Integer fields synced to Sugar Market via an external CRM cannot be mapped to number fields in a form.
  • 96934: Forms mapped to an event and embedded on a Sugar Market landing page display event sessions that have already passed, have been canceled or marked inactive, or have reached the maximum number of participants.
  • 96910: Some forms, when edited, can only access the Style builder step.
  • 96870: The sort order of dropdown and radio form fields is not applied to alphabetical values.
  • 96868: Setting the first three characters of a form’s description as numbers triggers an error.
  • 96671: Event session reminder and follow-up emails continue to be sent to participants after the event session is canceled or marked inactive.
  • 96595: Some event sessions connected to Zoom fail to sync participant attendance status.
  • 96090: Adjusting the line height of an unordered list that already has a line height set affects only the first line of the list.
  • 95600: Published nurtures sometimes fail to enroll all included records.
  • 95416: Some custom fields cannot be deleted in Sugar Market.
  • 94438: Some imports are delayed and experience extended processing times.
  • 91905: In the email builder, unordered and ordered lists do not match the styling of other text within the same text element.
  • 90200: Delivered emails display gaps between stacked images in some email clients.
  • 85834: When "Enable One-Click Unsubscribe" is unchecked and disabled, the one-click unsubscribe option is still displayed in some email clients.
