Sugar Market 22.9 is Now Available

Feature Enhancements

The following features have been deployed in release 22.9 of Sugar Market:

  • Updated user interface: The user interface for managing and creating listeners has been redesigned with a modern style refresh.
  • Improved login security: Users will now be temporarily locked out of their account for 10 minutes after ten consecutive failed log-in attempts.

Fixed Issues

The following issues reported to SugarCRM have been resolved in this version of Sugar Market. Case portal users can use the following links for more details about these issues: 

  • The B version of A/B test emails fails to save when moving from the Build step to the Setup step in Email Builder 2.0.
  • Unclear error messaging is triggered in Email Builder 2.0 when attempting to save a code email type that has exceeded the maximum character limit.
  • Adding multiple distribution lists in the Recipients step of Email Builder 2.0 triggers an error.
  • When setting email campaign scoring rules in a scoring profile, the Clicks - Campaign Wildcard rule type for Wildcard Campaign scoring incorrectly displays no rule type selected when the rule type is active. 
  • When viewing scoring summaries, the Email.Wildcard.Clicks action type is incorrectly displayed as Email. 
  • Reply-to links with no subject set in Email Builder 2.0 incorrectly display the draft reply email subject as "&body=" when clicked by recipients. This behavior is only affecting recipients using Outlook for Microsoft 365 email clients.
