Sugar Market 22.3 is now Available

Feature Enhancements

The following features have been deployed in release 22.3 of Sugar Market:

• Email Campaign Dashboard improvements:

• • Additional email statistic, Click Through Rate: You can now measure your email campaign's click-through rate from the Email Statistics dashlet in your Email Campaign Dashboard. This statistic is looking at unique clicks divided by delivered emails which is an increasingly important metric due to changes in the mail privacy landscape. This statistic will be populated retroactively for emails sent before this release.
  • Unique Clicks email statistic has been renamed to Click to Open Rate: The Unique Clicks email statistic has been renamed to Click to Open Rate in the Email Statistics dashlet of your Email Campaign Dashboard. The calculation for this statistic remains the same, it is looking at unique clicks divided by unique opens.  
  • Page title is now shown in the Clicks per Link dashlet: Links listed in the Clicks per Link dashlet will now show the title of the Sugar Market landing page referenced in the email. If the referenced page is external the URL will be displayed in place of a page title.
  • Updated Associated Landing Pages dashlet: The Associated Landing Pages dashlet will now display pages associated with your email along with relevant statistics. Please note, pages in the Associated Landing Pages dashlet will only be displayed for emails created after this release.

• Customize which dashlets are displayed on your Global Dashboard: You can now choose which dashlets are displayed on your Global Dashboard.
• TikTok and Pinterest added to Social Button Widget: In Email Builder 2.0 you can now add a social button for your TikTok and Pinterest account using the Social Button Widget.
• Roles User Interface: The Roles user interface has been modernized through a style refresh.
• Netsuite connecter validated: We have verified the current Netsuite connecter to ensure it supports Netsuite's latest release. No action is needed in Sugar Market for Netsuite customers.

Improvments

The following issue reported to SugarCRM has been resolved in this version of Sugar Market. Case portal users can use the following link for more details about the issue: 

• Send Email step produces an error in Nurture Builder 2.0 when the email is being actively edited. To prevent this error, the publish action in Nurture Builder 2.0 will check all included emails for open edit sessions and prompt the user to close the email session before proceeding.
