Feature Enhancements
The following features have been deployed in Sugar Market release 21.21.
- New Email Builder 2.0 template options: From the new Manage Email Templates section of Email Builder 2.0, users can now do the following with email templates: edit, view source code, view revision history, copy, rename, delete, and archive. Archived email templates will be hidden from template selection; archived alert email templates will be hidden from Nurture Builder 2.0 alert steps. Please note that you must have the "Marketing-Templates" permission to create, edit, copy, rename, archive, and delete templates, and email templates created in the legacy Email Builder 1.0 have been renamed "Legacy Email Templates".
- Auto-update on dynamic distribution lists: To prevent sync errors caused by invalid settings, the auto-update option on dynamic distribution lists will now be disabled if the user credentials are invalid or if a report is not selected. (APP-5103)
- Netsuite integration improvement: The Sugar Market Recycle Bin feature has been updated to ensure that records deleted in Netsuite are also deleted in Sugar Market.
Improvements
The following issues reported to SugarCRM have been resolved in this version of Sugar Market. Case portal users can use the following links for more details about each issue:
- List and single email campaign folders are not displaying the correct lists and campaigns respectively.
- Customers with a large number of email templates available for sales cannot see all of their templates in the Buyer's Journey integration.
- The A/B optimized and sample percentages show in reverse order on the A/B Test Settings page.
- Contacts are not being added to nurture when a field change made by a different nurture is not detected by the event listener.
- Records that are deleted from Netsuite are not deleted in Sugar Market as expected.
- Changing distribution list names when they are referenced by an active campaign produces errors and prevents the campaign from sending. As of this release, renaming lists from the Manage list view that are in a draft, staged, or scheduled campaign will be prevented and the error message will identify the campaign where the list is in use. In a future release, this change will also be implemented for list name changes that are made on the Dynamic Distribution List settings page.
