Can you add related cases to Accounts timeline dashlet?

Hello,

I've been reading about the Timeline Dashlet (https://support.sugarcrm.com/documentation/sugar_versions/13.0/ent/application_guide/user_interface/dashboards_dashlets/sugar_dashlets/#Timeline_Dashlet).

The Timeline Dashlet only allows you to see related records for Account Updates, Calls, Meetings, Tasks, Notes and Emails. It doesn't allow you to view Case records in the timeline.

Does anyone know if there are settings that can be changed in Admin to facilitate this or if it would require custom dev?

    Thanks very much for this and for the link to the documentation. We've got 13.2 but for some reason when I try clicking on Timeline in studio it's not taking me to the next view to select the options.

    I will raise with our partner developers - was just hoping to be able to do myself :)

    I think you might be experiencing an issue that is fixed in 13.3 (coming very soon!), could you try clicking Timeline from the left-hand pane with the folder structure in Studio? As opposed to clicking the Timeline icon?
