Unspecified error when clicking "create folder" in cloud drive dashlet

I am having a weird issue with the cloud drive dashlet using Google Drive. Everything works perfectly fine, until I try to add the Google account to multiple user's sugar profiles under external accounts. It will work for about a day, but then it will randomly start popping up a sugar error dialog box with no text in it other than "Error".

This only happens to additional sugar accounts that I add the Google account to. The admin account continues to work as expected. If I remove and reconnect the Google account from the sugar users external accounts it will work again for about a day before that error starts appearing again.

Also, I'm not sure if this is related or not, but our outbound email under "System Email Settings" keeps breaking(not sending out any emails) and I have to do a similar process of reconnecting the email account(this one is an outlook address) to the System Email Settings.

Anyone have any clue as to why this might be happening, what the error I'm receiving actually is, or how to fix it? Any and all help is greatly appreciated.
