You can add a image via a note in the case or you can add an image field type to your fields via the studio. You can also drag and drop an image on to the activity stream.

What I need to do in Sugar Serve as a support employee is to easily create a case, maybe I am connecting to my customer's computer and would like to take a screenshot of their issue to remember which window they were in or what they were doing. Easy would I like to add these screenshots in the case while I still add text information about the screenshot so I can come back to the case later. I don't see any functionality in Sugar Serve for this.
