Session overview

In the Fourth and Final session of the series, we will be using the Enquiries feature to create advanced reports, key objectives from this session will include;

• Understanding the further reports that are available to us.
• Understanding how we can see top spending customers that are falling year on year.
• Identifying customers buying more but spending less.
• Analyzing spending trends to spot customers dropping in spend.
