Service mails

Hello! 

I have some contacts who have unsubscribed from the newsletter, but I would like to be able to send them service emails, because they are clients and there can be some information that is very important for them to know.

How is this possible when they want to appear on the Guarded Watch list?

    That's an excellent question. Market does offer an option that can be enabled on your account called Transactional Emails. However, it is not enabled by default as it can be misused or accidentally used to send emails to customers who are on the guarded watch list. Nonetheless, this feature is exactly what you need for your use-case.

    If you are interested in enabling this feature, please let support know, and we will add it to your account. This feature is a security attribute that will be added to your account, and we recommend adding it to your Admin Role or a specific role for a set of users. This will ensure that only the authorized users have access to this feature and prevent accidental misuse.

  • Michael, why doesn't this come as standard for Sugar Market? Seems strange that have to request a feature such as this.

    I have had this very same problem, but when I sent a similar message over three months ago nobody came back to me to offer this solution...

    Thank you for bringing up this concern. We understand the importance of having default features that are commonly used by our clients. However, enabling such a feature by default could lead to unintentional errors by users, causing massive repercussions for their data, which can result in sending unwanted emails to unsubscribed recipients violating some CAN-SPAM/GDPR regulations.
