Design changes to Preference Pages

Following because I cannot seem to get formatting applied to my preference center page at all and would love to see it more like this.

I think you must be following the instructions here for configuring your Unsubscribe page, but what Allie Fischer presented at ClubZone was a more flexible option using a Sugar Market form embedded in a landing page. Is it possible to connect the opt-out list that derives from the preference page and nurture to the opt-out field on contacts in Sugar? 

Yes, you can add the opt-outs to a nurture with a step to update the opt-out field in the contact record in Sugar Market, and then a step to push to CRM. Hope that helps!

Great! Which option should I use in the nurture? I can't find one in Nurture 2.0 which says "update field". 

"Update Contact or Lead in Sugar Market"
